FO Simple Shawl

Yes indeedy-do, I finally have a finished object to share!  This piece has been in the works since late March but I've just managed to get some photos ready.

Knit in Madelinetosh's Tosh Merino Light, the finished shawlette is simple, soft, drapey and luscious - I love it!  The 100% superwash merino singles yarn is a real star in the Madtosh lineup, and quite nice to knit with.  I'll do a full review later this month.

This shawlette is a prototype for a pattern that is currently in the works and will be test knit and released very soon.  Nothing super inventive, just my personal spin on a cozy 'comfort' shawl.

In the meantime, I'm wearing it every day and loving the light, soft fabric and gorgeous neutral palette in copper and pewter in a colorway called "Calligraphy".  A truly cozy and comforting item in the midst of trying times.

More details and photos soon.  Peace, blessings and happy knitting!

If you still need test knitters, I will be happy to test knit for you :-))
I love that yarn too. It is so soft and reasonably priced for this type of yarn. Plus, after repeated washing it still looks wonderful.
