Pattern in the Works

It is with a huge skip of excitement and a little sigh of relief that I can report I have finished work on a new pattern project to show!

I wanted a versatile, stylish loop cowl/ scarf to wear with my winter coat and experimented with several versions before this one.  The chunky gauge and simple, pretty stitch pattern make it a fun and super fast knit - love that.

I hunted around for buttons I liked and ended up using these woven leather ones for a little retro touch.

The yarn shown in the version here is Nashua Creative Focus Chunky wool/ alpaca blend.  

The pattern is currently being test knit and will be available in December.  Thanks to my lovely test knitters!

More details and a scrumptious recipe will be posted here when the pattern is ready for release.
